To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure that the item is in its original state. It should also be repackaged with all the original inserts. This way, we can promptly process your return or exchange.
Please note that returns not meeting these criteria may be rejected. We value transparency, and it's important to note that shipping and delivery fees in Egypt are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or there was a mistake on our end.
